Good Afternoon Fellow Bloggers!

Right now, while typing this post, I am snacking on a Dannon Fruit on the Bottom Strawberry Cheesecake yogurt! Mmmmhmmm! Yummy! So anyways, today was a Monday, (ugh), but actually today turned out fine!
It was pie day in Algebra (3.14), so we had chocolate pudding pie which our teacher gratefully made for us. If I want to be a surgeon when I get older (especially a cardiac surgeon which is a surgeon that limits their practice to the heart and its major blood vessels), I have to be great in science, but also in math. The heart fascinates me for some reason, and I cannot explain it. I know that I am still young, and a lot could change from now to then, but I cannot wait until I learn anatomy in school and see if a surgeon is really what I want to be; if it's in my calling. Regretfully, math and science are not my strongest subjects, but that could also change.
Something else that I am really excited and enthusiastic about is next year. I get to go to my dream high school! Could that get any better. To be honest, I wasn't really looking forward to high school. I mean, haven't you watched the movies where a helpless nerd gets pushed around and bullied by a group of insecure, buff football players? High school seems like it's all cliques and drugs, and less caring about grades. I am the type of girl that is independent, and loves having independence at her fingertips! That is what this "dream" high school offers. And guess what? I'M GOING THERE!
It's beautiful, and rustic, and traditional, and has everything I'd want in a high school! I want to get involved in yoga, working out in the amazing gym, being on the varsity soccer team, playing tennis and squash, becoming an artist and working as a writer for the school newspaper! There's too much that I just can't choose from (the list goes on and on and on). And I don't think I'll ever want to leave!
But anyways, back to the topic, science and math. In order to save lives by being a surgeon, I need to be good in science and math. I am more of a history, language, English type girl, but that doesn't mean I don't get A+ in my science and math classes, though! Tomorrow, I am taking one of two science tests that I am really regretting. I might review for that using last year's science material (I have a stuffed folder full of material to study from), or I might just try my best on it.
For Advent, I gave up spending a lot of money. But, this weekend, I am going to the mall with a group of my girlfriends and we're taking out Anna (one of my best friends) for lunch because it is her birthday! Yay! Happy birthday babe!
I hope you enjoyed taking a peek into my life! I will talk to you all later!
